What’s happening in Dubai:

Previous days in Dubai, the GSS participants became familiar with the idea of sustainability taking into consideration environment conservation and balance between economic and social development as a key factor to improve people´s quality of life and ensure happiness for the community.

Also they began to explore the intersection of math and science with our organic world. In this sense, they observed the patterns throughout our natural world as spirals, fractals, tessellations, stripes or even simple symmetries that are intricately connected to natural laws of mathematics, physics, and biology. Day ten was about developing geometries and forms through the origami technique inspired by the patterns of our natural world.
